Descent will take place at the United Nations Office in Geneva,
Palais des Nations, from 29 September to 10 October 2003, in Conference

third session of the Working Group will begin at 11:00 a.m. on
Monday, 29 September (for provisional agenda see E/CN.4/2003/W.20/1).
The
members of the Working Group are the following experts:
-Mr. Peter Lesa Kasanda (Zambia)
-Mr. George Nicolas Jabbour (Syrian Arab Republic)
-Mr. Roberto Borges Martins (Brazil)
-Ms. Irina Zlatescu (Romania)
-Mr. Joe Frans (Sweden)
Non-governmental
organizations that have consultative status with the Economic
and Social Council and non-governmental organizations that were
accredited for the World Conference against Racism are welcome
to attend the session. Interested NGOs are invited to communicate
the names of their representatives who will attend the session
only by fax +41 22 917 90 50 on letterhead, signed by the
appropriate official of the organization.
